Yellow belts, in the Six Sigma process, are in charge of reviewing the process enhancements and assisting in all steps of the project that the team is currently working on. They are lower then the Six Sigma Green and Black Belts, and they are the working class level of the team project.

The lowest level in the Six Sigma program is White Belt. White Belts work on low-level problem solving and support the overall project, but are not considered an official member of the Six Sigma team. As a White Belt, you are not required any Six Sigma training or Six Sigma certification. They also have a minimal awareness to the Six Sigma concepts, and assist anywhere that they may be needed.
